Recruitment – get to know your new staff
Working together to get a deeper understanding of your recruitment needs.
Nos Da Healthcare gives you freedom to define your recruitment requirements.
Our speciality is providing 1-to-1 cover within nursing homes to patients who suffer with a severe mental health issue.
We have provided this cover through the NHS for 11 years into Nursing Homes and continue to build on this good work through our independent care providers.
If you are a nursing home looking for assistance for a 1-to-1 resident, please get in touch with your local branch and we will be happy to provide a dedicated plan and staff rota for the duration that the resident requires 1-to-1 care.
If you require a staff member for 4+ weeks, we can guarantee you the continuity of staff. You have the ability to cancel shifts without charge within 24-hours, but we will guarantee you get the same staff member on those 4+ weeks and we will not use them anywhere else.
This is excellent for a client that is currently recruiting and is still using ad-hoc agency staff, it will provide you with guaranteed continuity and the cover that would be required.
Our ad-hoc service is operating 24/7.
The benefits of this are for the situation when your staffing team and bank staff cannot cover a shift, we will be there to supply you with a highly skilled, full trained staff member which will help you run your business smoothly at a cost-efficient price.
Can you cover a sickness booking on the day?
Yes, we have staff ready to go on the day. We operate a 24 hours on-call system so we can react to any sicknesses you have on the day.
Is there a contract to sign for us to have staff from Nos Da?
No, we work on a ‘pay as you use basis’. Our terms & conditions are on the back of our timesheets which our staff member will have signed on the day of the shift.
What are the payment terms?
We operate on 14-day payment terms from the date of the invoice received.
What happens if a staff member booked in doesn’t show up?
Please notify us immediately, we will then attempt to call the staff member to understand why they have not arrived. In the event of a non-arrival, we will use one of our standby staff members to go in as soon as possible to ensure your staffing levels remain stable.
