Referral Bonus

For you:

You’ll get £25.00 for introducing a carer / support worker
You’ll get £250.00 for introducing a nurse

There’s no limit to the number of friends you can recommend, so if you’ve got someone in mind, get them to contact us immediately!

Terms and Conditions

The person you wish to recommend must have at least 1-years experience working within the healthcare industry.
The person you wish to recommend must provide your name on their application form as a referral.
You must inform your friend to get in contact with us at their nearest Nos Da office to follow our recruitment process.
You cannot recommend yourself or anyone who is already in the recruitment process.

Any recommended staff members must be successful through the Nos Da recruitment process and work a minimum of 200 hours within the first six months of their start date.
In order to receive the bonus, the recommender must be an active staff member with Nos Da Healthcare and have worked within the last 4 weeks prior to receiving the bonus. They must also not be the subject of any investigation or disciplinary process.
The bonus is subject to tax and NI contributions (where applicable).
The decision of the Directors is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
