Supporting individuals who suffer with a mental health illness
Supplying highly attentive, compassionate and experienced project managers, project workers, floating support officers, community support officers & liaison officers
Nos Da supports individuals who suffer with a mental health illness and assists them with their day-to-day tasks which include assisting with washing, dressing, shopping, companionship, cooking, cleaning and generally supporting them as part of the community.
We provide energetic and enthusiastic staff, who have the desire to promote independence to each individual.
We recruit only the most committed and resilient Support Workers who are willing to work in a challenging but rewarding environment and have created a flexible, positive team that is supportive, and person centred.
Our support means an individual can exercise choice and control over their life in ways that would not usually be possible if living in structured environments such as residential care or group living. We aim to support people with a mental health illness to live independently, close to family, group networks and interact within their local community.
Achieving a good match between our client and their support worker is vital so we don’t just look at experience and knowledge, we connect people with the same interests, likes and dislikes, or sense of humour – we ensure that people feel completely comfortable with their support worker.
