Will I know my shifts in advance?
We will do our best to accommodate your availability into our clients rota’s in advance, however we do expect a degree of flexibility as being an ad-hoc recruitment agency, we do get a number of shifts in on the day.
How do I progress in my career with Nos Da?
We have multiple training courses & NVQs available you can complete to advance your career and move up the ladder. Please speak to your local branch manager about opportunities and courses.
When will I get paid?
You are paid every Friday on receipt of a signed timesheet being provided to payroll by Monday at 12pm.
What is the hourly rate?
Our hourly rate varies depending on the role you are working with us and what shift time. Your hourly rate will be agreed with you at the point of booking before acceptance of the shift.
Do you need experience in healthcare to work for Nos Da?
Yes, we require a minimum of 6 months hands on experience in order to commence employment with Nos Da.
How quickly can I start work for Nos Da?
We are reliant on compliance elements to get you ready to work for Nos Da so the speed is entirely on how fast you can help us with the process of Eligibility check, DBS, References & completing our face to face & e-learning training courses.
Do I get paid for training?
No, we do not pay for your training. The face-to-face course is a 1-day course which covers all of the practical elements required to work in care.
I am a nurse, will you help me with my revalidation?
Yes of course, our clinical lead will support all of our nurses with their revalidation.
